Story of the Picture:

A formal flag ceremony was held at the NATO Cyber Defence Centre to celebrate the Netherlands joining the Tallinn-based centre. In addition to the Netherlands, the other members of the centre are Estonia, Spain, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Slovakia, Germany, Hungary and the USA. Member states send their national experts and scientists to work at the centre and contribute to the centre’s budget.
