Story of the Picture:

On 22-24 August, General Mieczyslaw Cieniuch, the Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces, visited Estonia. As a sign of friendship between Estonia and Poland, General Cieniuch planted an oak tree in front of the Headquarters of the Estonian Defence Forces.
