At a festive ceremony, the outgoing Commander of the Navy, Captain Igor Schvede, handed over command of the Navy to Commander Sten Sepper. Commander Sepper has been serving in the Estonian Defence Forces since 1993 and is the first Commander of the Navy to have begun his military service in the Estonian Defence Forces.
