Mr. Lauri Almann also met with the Foreign Minister, Mr. Gela Bezhuashvili, the Chairperson of the Parliament, Mr. Nono Burjanadze, the Chair of the Parliamentary Committee of Defense and Security, Mr. Givi Targamadze, and the Deputy Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Giorgi Manjgaladze and Mr. Batu Kutelia.
Both countries’ representatives vowed to strengthen bilateral defence-related co-operation and overall political-economic developments between the two states. The Estonian delegates also stressed their country’s desire to support Georgia in its integration into western structures.
The Estonian delegation will depart Georgia on Saturday and arrive back in Estonia later that evening.
