The United States Acting Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security Ms. Milancy Harris and Mr. Kusti Salm, the Permanent Secretary of the Estonian Ministry of Defence met in Tallinn, Estonia on May 21, 2024, to sign a bilateral agreement to deepen military cooperation between both nations.
The United States and the Republic of Estonia will continue to work together, both on a bilateral basis and as member states of the NATO Alliance, to strengthen peace and stability around the world.
