On September 12, 2002 the Ukrainian Minister of Defence Volodymyr Shkidchenko accompanied by the Ministry’s delegation will arrive in Estonia to lead political-military discussions and to sign the Bilateral Co-operation Plan for the year 2003.
On September 12, 2002 the Ukrainian Minister of Defence Volodymyr Shkidchenko accompanied by the Ministry’s delegation will arrive in Estonia to lead political-military discussions and to sign the Bilateral Co-operation Plan for the year 2003.
During the visit the Ukrainian Minister of Defence will have meetings with the Estonian Prime Minister Siim Kallas, the Estonian Minister of Defence Sven Mikser, the Estonian Minister of Foreign Affairs Kristiina Ojuland and the members of the State Defence Committee of Riigikogu.
Volodymyr Shkidchenko will also visit Tapa Garrison and the Baltic Defence College in Tartu.
